How Does It Work?
-Our dog and cat grooming appointment app allows you to create your pet’s profile, select a preferred grooming package, and request which day and time work best for you.
-Once we match you with one of our professional groomers in your area, you will have the ability to start communicating directly with your groomer. From that point forward, we will always strive to provide you with the groomer of your choice.
-After your pet’s grooming session is complete, payment will take place securely and seamlessly through our appointment app. You will have the option to write rate the groomer based on your experience.

Unable to create profile for my dog. I input the info asked but there's no save button and the info doesn't save automatically. Trying to create the appointment without a profile for my dog it gets stuck on entering my dog's info. There's no button to move forward....the app is either broken or the way to advance beyond this stage is obscure and not intuitive.

Very trustworthy, and reliable. I have had horrible experiences with groomers in the past, but all the groomers from the app are well-trained.

I faced some glitches in the app because of which, I wasn't able to book a session, I contacted customer service, and they were helpful.

What's new

We are constantly working on improving the experience in the app. This version includes bug fixes and performance enhancements for increased reliability and stability.
