The app takes ages to connect to the robot, the mapping option is horribly long and tedious, and it is necessary to run the option more than once per room. The No-go zones are not respected. The robot is unable to charge itself, because after a while it switch itself off, so you have to manually switch it back on every 15-20 minutes. The product is good, as some other people are mentioning, does a good job, fast and efficient, but the app sucks big time.

The app is often slow and many times even fails to load the map, so you need to start all over again. When you finally have a map available and want to customize it, the app often crashes and you need to restart the whole app hoping your map is still there. I'd expectuch better experience for a product within this price range.

Robot ignores no-go zones I set for it, even though it made himself a precise map of all the rooms. It behaves randomly, cleans one corner then all of a sudden runs to another, then comes back, and eventually, runs out of battery. Resetting, exploring new map and re-assigning zones won't do any help.
