The app takes ages to connect to the robot, the mapping option is horribly long and tedious, and it is necessary to run the option more than once per room. The No-go zones are not respected. The robot is unable to charge itself, because after a while it switch itself off, so you have to manually switch it back on every 15-20 minutes. The product is good, as some other people are mentioning, does a good job, fast and efficient, but the app sucks big time.

The app stopped working. No map can be loaded, the start button doesn't work. It's not the first time. I bought X-Plorer 240 in order not to buy a Chinese brand, but I think the product as a whole, hardware and software, is just a poor OEM resell of a Chinese brand. I cannot find any drop of a well-known European brand here. Very disappointed

This is getting ridiculous. Hard resetting the app and re-pairing used to work at least (even though having to do that is also unacceptable at this price point). Now the devs can't even integrate a Salesforce component apparently, and you can't log in anymore. Back to pressing buttons I guess. Avoid this brand at all costs!
