The app takes ages to connect to the robot, the mapping option is horribly long and tedious, and it is necessary to run the option more than once per room. The No-go zones are not respected. The robot is unable to charge itself, because after a while it switch itself off, so you have to manually switch it back on every 15-20 minutes. The product is good, as some other people are mentioning, does a good job, fast and efficient, but the app sucks big time.

I wanted a Rowenta robotic vacuum cleaner for two reasons: 1. its limited height which enables it to also clean under the furniture and 2. the app being compatible with the Google Home Assistant. Unfortunately the latter is not applicable for months anymore and Rowenta doesn't reply my emails. It's a shame! It used to work very well by voice control...

Language started off as English. it gradually changed to French. There aren't language settings. Screen takes a long time to update the robot's position. Also it's pretty terrible that the robot can only be activated by the app, and not just work by physically turning it on. The app was a nightmare to download so if my phone ever dies or I have to change it I don't know that the robot will still be any good to me .
