The app takes ages to connect to the robot, the mapping option is horribly long and tedious, and it is necessary to run the option more than once per room. The No-go zones are not respected. The robot is unable to charge itself, because after a while it switch itself off, so you have to manually switch it back on every 15-20 minutes. The product is good, as some other people are mentioning, does a good job, fast and efficient, but the app sucks big time.

the app is just not working. can't connect, can't load the maps, even if my wifi connection works perfect. the app displays that an unknown error occur.

Rowenta is still in 2010s The app only sometimes connects to the S85, it has a daily scheduled task which is not displayed in the app and it rarely runs. The robot stops charging at 25%. Bought it for 3 months and was used 5 times out of which 2 manually. It is a disgrace. In its current state, it cannot replace an 8 year old cheap chinese robot. Sad cause the robot in itself looks sturdy and powerful. It only needs to run :)
