Devices are great, the app has some big oversights likely due to poor testing. For example: 1. I have multiple devices, switching between them does not switch the favorites that show up. What I have to do is switch, then reload the app to view favorites for a specific robot. 2. My newer Roomba, can't remember the part number, does not have a send home option. I guess the assumption is that it'll always go home after completing a task? Well, what if it doesn't?

To then send your robot back to the Home Base®, press and hold the button for 2-5 seconds on the robot, or press PAUSE -> SEND HOME in the iRobot® HOME App and then follow the instructions to end the cleaning job.

Awful experience. They are selling products for a while you would think they got this. No they didn't. First time setting up our brand new Roomba is a nightmare. Asks for scanning a qr-code which is nowhere to be found. Fine let's find it manually. It still doesn't find the machine, finally after doing it again the app finds the machine and boom the app crashed. Starting from the beginning, it didn't save anything. Third time I manage to complete the setup, but the machine won't charge!!!

Randomly starts on its own every day it's scheduled to run, in addition to the scheduled run. It's dumb as rocks; immediately beeline for the nearest object it can get stuck on or under. If a person walks into the area it's cleaning, it immediately moves to be underfoot. Almost every day: I watch it stop, turn, and cover +30' to get under my feet when I enter the area. The app always says it's time to replace parts, even if you just replaced parts and told the app the parts were replaced.
