The latest update of the app logged me out on my phone and lost my previous account info. With VPN on (on the phone), neither the login page, nor the account creating page loads. Turning the VPN off, I still can't login to the existing account, but at least can create a new account, and thus setting up the robots again as if I never used them with the app before. Fortunately the robots operate without the app too.
Poor navigation between screens. No report if Roomba stops for any reason. No report while recharging during cleaning. Often says I'm not on the same Wi-Fi network even standing by Roomba with great signal.
Ok I understand that being able to define rooms based on the cleaning map may be complicated, but this is a necessary feature. In the meantime, can we at least be able control the carpet boost, cleaning passes and edge clean in the schedule? This seems less complicated request, but a very useful feature.
Lots of problems with the 1 or 2 pass cleaning setting. Never saves my choice anymore, always 2 beeps when changing a pass setting, as well as when I come back to the app may I have previously set it to 2 pass, when I check the next day...it's back on 1 pass. Something changed recently with this and it definitely has a bug. Samsung note 8
It would be nice if we could direct where the robot will clean, like specific rooms. And even configure how it'll clean them. Seems like with something as expensive as these, it wouldn't be much to aak
It works. It tells us when the robot gets stuck and needs a little help. We also like looking at the map to see what was cleaned.
