There is an error in the suction selection labels in the latest app update. The LOW suction selection is actually MEDIUM, and the MEDIUM is actually LOW (the programmers erred in remapping to the renamed options). HIGH works as expected. The app could be much better organized where most actions can be accomplished on the main screen without scrolling. Too many sub-menus to get to frequent selections. I, too, would like the app to show me the current location of the robot when it's vacuuming.

It is less about an app but more about a vacuum cleaner itself. Basically, it stopped regularly working a few months since we bought it. It is not charging well anymore, and I haven't seen it yet to do any cleaning without me trying to start it up one way or another. It used to do it according to my setup schedule, but now it is either poorly charged or somehow disconnected or gets stuck nonstop. I regret spending that much money on it :(

Unintuitive, uninformative UI; frequent connectivity problems with the robot; poor notifications and insight into status and problems. And taps on notifications (eg, to submit a "report card") usually just take me to the home screen. Often don't get notifications of completed/failed jobs. 9/10 jobs fail as "stuck" when there are no obstructions, often just a few feet from the base station.
