The ui elements and text is not responsive to the phone size. I need to side scroll to see the options. When I click through, it loads for a bit and then I'm presented with a blank screen. I downloaded the mobile app because the dashboard on the computer is worse. The left navigation covers the main area where you would begin creating the new campaign. Since it is mostly cut off it's impossible to start creating a campaign. These glitches made it impossible to create a deal.

I'm new to Groupon. I downloaded the app and all the numbers don't make sense. Under "campaigns" it says I sold 4 units. My impact report says 3. And the dash board says "no sales yet, we will notify you when someone buys your deal"!!! I don't know what is going on.. but this is crazy. I chatted with customer service and they told me it would be fixed once I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it didn't. Not the quality I expect for the percentage of our sales you are taking.

The worst experience for a small business. I did it thinking good advertisement. They discount your price for service then take 50% of what the customer pays. Claims to pay bi monthly but I have yet to receive payment. Everyone keeps saying the issue is being looked into. No what will say what the issue is or what the solution will be. They won't even say how much is due to me.
