Didn't pay I signed up. Sold a voucher. Did the work. And when I was supposed to get paid. Crickets. Nothing. I emailed them. They just give me the runaround. Still don't know when I'll get paid. I'll contact the bbb. And if that doesn't work I'll sue I guess.
Doesn't work! Can't redeem or see anything
Doesn't work It's been months since I can redeem a voucher using the app. Need to fix. I've called like you've stated uninstall & installed again & it's still NOT working. Frustrating to use just go online & don't bother with the useless app.
The app is great. Very user friendly. I was initially a bit confused by the "tip line" when I would redeem a voucher. I learned that Groupon does not accept & reimburse tips. Other than that little glitch.. all is well.
Old version is so much better New version is harder to use. Especially to update redeemed Groupon dollar amounts.. I have to go to history....look at a list of numbers....then update amounts.
"Cannot support this version. ." Where do I update? I'm not sure if this is true stats or if its frozen.
