Not working Worked fine for awhile, now my reviews don't update I would like to see my feedback, and be able to reply. Contacted groupon, I already have the updated version.....please help....this is so annoying

Helpful, but pain to use. I don't know why it won't let us see past redeemed vouchers. If you search something, it will not pop up if the voucher has already been redeemed.

Can't even login, lost store Couldn't log into my merchant store on any machine except the machine I was on when I created my store. Which makes no sense. Tried resetting my password on the store login page and it tells me invalid credentials and no known email address. Tried changing the password for my Groupon - Customer account and now I can't access my store on ANY machine. Directed to submit a help ticket and have done so many times and have never received a response back.

Works with no Issues Great app, I'm able to redeem my costumers groupons on their mobile app or in paper with no issues.

Really helpful It works nice and smoothly. Appreciate the consistency of quality service. Loved the scanner option really time saving. Its compatible with almost every device. Keep up the good work

Didn't pay I signed up. Sold a voucher. Did the work. And when I was supposed to get paid. Crickets. Nothing. I emailed them. They just give me the runaround. Still don't know when I'll get paid. I'll contact the bbb. And if that doesn't work I'll sue I guess.

Doesn't work It's been months since I can redeem a voucher using the app. Need to fix. I've called like you've stated uninstall & installed again & it's still NOT working. Frustrating to use just go online & don't bother with the useless app.

The app is great. Very user friendly. I was initially a bit confused by the "tip line" when I would redeem a voucher. I learned that Groupon does not accept & reimburse tips. Other than that little glitch.. all is well.

Old version is so much better New version is harder to use. Especially to update redeemed Groupon dollar amounts.. I have to go to history....look at a list of numbers....then update amounts.

"Cannot support this version. ." Where do I update? I'm not sure if this is true stats or if its frozen.

Bad pictures taking Everytime I have to redeem a Groupon the camera put is out of focus and can't do anything about it. And I just got the next 7 edge and it's still doing the same thing. So it's not the phone. This very frustrating because I have to type in all of the codes.

Hassle To get anywhere or get anything done with Groupon is a hassle and not worth it! They do not market directly to my area but instead of letting me cross areas and do two areas the still link me with one. Which does not help me. Then I tried to cancel my Groupon and got told I had to call another number! This is so not worth my time stress, or money!

Horrible! We have 3 different options you can buy under 1 groupon and now it no longer tells me which groupon I'm redeeming when someone gives me just their voucher code (folks email it to me ahead of time). This sucks! I get 40 people in at a time for a class standing in line, redeeming on the phone is the only option I have so to not know which voucher they're using like I used to with the old app is just stupid!!! Makes we wish it was under a Living Social deal instead.

No feedback I have not been able to see my feedback for several weeks! I contacted merchant support and they told me to update the app which did not provide any improvement. I tried to reach out to them again and my concerns have been ignored! That is NOT how I should be treated as a customer that makes you money Groupon! !

Flashing and unresponsive Constantly flashing while trying to take pic of barcoad. Wont verify or confirm. When I type in code. Nothing. This is unethical and unprofessional. I feel scammed.

Please try again later..... Since the update, I am unable to see th number of vouchers redeemed and sold, unable to view feedback, and have issues redeeming vouchers. Shouldn't updates be tested and retested Before launching to the public? This is our businesses that are being affected

Merchants beware. Prospective merchants...I've been trying to get paid by Groupon for months. No luck so far. Not a good way to do business.

Update sucks. The old version was better. Sense the update i have not been able to redeem any of the vouchers. Just keeps telling "sorry we are unavailable at this time try again later." As a merchant i need this to be better.

Like the old version Personally, I hate Groupon anyway because they didn't back me as a vendor, telling a client I was wrong when the voucher CLEARLY stated it could only be used by one person. This app sucks compared to the old version that allowed us to scan the qr code. Now the number has to be put in manually. Takes up too much time.
