app was testy from the start, now i can't even get logged onto app since update. Had customer service rep be combative and rude to me. my deal was added to an acct of my past coworkers which meant they couple access. didn't get my bank info correct, I had to call multiple times to get important info changed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor was informed that takes 3-5 business days. I missed the call so I was screwed
Can not get back on groupon after I gave all my information nothing was accepted. Now they have my info and I can't back track anything. Does groupon still have my info or what? I never finished my order. It blocked me off ! After I gave my info. Kind of upsetting!! I need a 800 number or something!
App is useless. I always get an error message for my voucher list. In order to view and redeem my clients vouchers I have to use my mobile web browser. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with still having the same issue. Really inconvenient!
The app stopped working! I updated, restarted the phone and nothing!
