Very Very disappointed with the app customer support, ordered an item worth Rs.399 10 days back, it's still in processing, they keep asking me to wait, no tracking link is provided, this is very pathetic, they don't respond for 1-2 days, and then a small message like 'Order was placed, please wait' I mean how long, Amazon order gets delivered next day, and they can't deliver even after 10 days, no tracking link provided. This is pathetic.

I ordered two products worth ₹1800, but I still haven’t received them. It has been over 8 days and the order is already delayed. The products haven’t even been shipped yet there’s no update on when they will be shipped, I have never seen such a poor and unreliable app before, and I wouldn’t want to use it again. There is no proper customer support either, which makes the situation even worse, Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or provide a clear update

🚨 Fraud Alert . Don't buy any product from here , there is no guarantee of your product and money . I ordered 9 items and recieved 6 and now they are making excuses . They are not on their words . There delivery is very much slow & you may not be can track your order too. Customer support is worst .
