has issues. the detection area keeps resetting, night vision mode keeps popping out of color mode to infrared, support doesnt get back to you about issues, and it fails to establish an encrypted connection when trying to access the fully charged camera view on usb power with good wifi signal! oh and it misses recording events and won't allow continuous recording on ptz camera! and it keeps prompting to update to other app...and other app is no better!

app constantly crashes while trying to watch videos in playback from cloud and local storage. time on the clock is always off regardless of switching to the correct time zone. constant network issues regardless of being close to router.
