I have been using GSRTC Application for more than 3 years now and I must say it's improving day by day, getting better and better... I am happy using this and surely recommend it. There is just one thing which has been missing and that is customer support in case of delay in bus or for any other queries. It does not make any bad impressions but it's really really required these days.

To book it online is very good facility but when special situation arise then its functionality will get tested. For example, I wanted to cancel a ticket because bus is more than one hour late. I was trying through app as well as website where both are giving error. I kept on trying for sometime. After that I called customer care and lady there flatly refused to do it because the time left for original bus departure is less than one hour. This happened because of this appis not working properly

very efficient App. The issues to be resolved ; 1. feedback and support not working in the App. 2. Rescheduling of journey is not allowed in the App. 3. when we book a seat as per the sitting arrangement shown , we encounter a different and illogical sitting arrangement in new buses, which leads to trouble. The app is very fine and works properly , fast and accurately.
