Haven't been able to login for a long time. Every time I try to login a message that says Login Failed comes up.

don't download this app or don't download any of their game they are scammers they loot money from people their support team it's ded waste they block your game account without notice all of their games are pay to win i don't recommend this to any one it's wast of time they are true scammers

it has been more than 7 months now since I haven't been able to use the app to put a truce on. it shows a level one account that does not allow me to switch it to my real account. what is the sense of having this app? is it supposed to be useful if you can't log into the game and put a truce on. It is a waste of money to lose everything you've built over 6 years. I just keep getting a response that they're still working on it well it's been over 7 months and there's still no fix.
