I expected more updating this app, the old interface is more preferable than the new one. Although I don't have transaction issues like the old one, but this one limits a lot of our options and easy accessibilities. And don't get me started with the annoying buzz whenever there's a warning or notification, only good thing is the dark mode it has now. Bring back the old one with minor changes like the dark mode and other useful features

I just downloaded the app, and for onboarding, it asks for the 6 digit code sent to my phone. I've tried different codes sent to me several times now, and it keeps saying I entered the wrong code. I should ask to resend another code and another and another. While the cycle repeats. Note: I even copied and pasted the digits on some occasions. On some other occasions, I autofilled it from messages. So there's no question of a mistake. I can't even start using the app

Terrible app design and the notification sound after transfer is not necessary. Can the sound and haptic feedback be turned off. I have never seen a very terrible banking app like this. If the previous app works why do need to change it? Don't force customers to use what is not user friendly. Moreso, the reviews shows utter dissatisfaction. Transactions that can be performed are very limited compared to the old one.
