it is excellent, upgrade version is improving from time to time.

Add the option - search account no by searching coustomer name like in web version of GTPL SAATHI . Also the option to change a single channel from multi alacarte list , it was there in web version few months ago but for some unknown reason it removed after a while . Please add that option again in the order section , it was very time saving .

Please don't send any type of reminder to any of my coustomers nor myself. It is useless to disturb my customers at mid night. If you understand well, you switch off the set top box at the stipulated time. That itself is enough as a reminder. You don't give one rupee credit on top of it you keep sending messages at odd hours in dozens just to harass us? Just reset my password for the time being.
