The app unexpectedly closes and locks you out of your account and it keeps saying you have the wrong password even though it is not. they keep telling you to use features that may but it is useful to pay bills

This app never gave me the option to set a password...when I signed up it gone straight back to menu n when I try to login i have to get a password I don't get this app

it is very secure because if i made a mistake with my password am locked out completely and have to go to screening to be login in..
