Totally useless after sales app (and website)! Supposedly you can modify your flight online but it BLOCKS you from doing that so you must call their phone SHARKS who then will overcharge you by so much that you can actually buy a new flight!! 😡😡😡 I was impressed by the crew service from my first flight and was telling all my family and friends who were surprised as they've read the bad reviews. Now I know why!! Never again!!

Really no help. Its very difficult to obtain booking details (due to errors and bad interface). When you/if you manage to, it will not allow you to access or save your boarding passes - you have to be given these at the check-in desk.... Furthermore you have to re-enter your details everytime you want to view something. An airline of this caliber really needs a better app.

Unusable app. You have to log in with membership number instead of email like every other airline. There is no option to retrieve existing membership number only password which again requires your membership number. Impossible for me to log in to my account without calling the airline. Please rework the app to be more useful friendly and easy to navigate.
