So far so good. When i opened the new app some how my info wasn't transfered over from their old system and it wasn't letting me log in. Once i called the credit union they were able to fix the problem very quickly. They always have awesome customer service. I'm loving the new app so far.

The app is great but every time I try to use Zelle through the app, it always tells me that it is unable to load. I can't use the actual Zelle app either because it just directs you automatically to the GCEFCU app. It's really frustrating, I hope the problem is fixed soon.

This new app is solid with full functionality. So much better than the previous version. Loss of a star because the security questions are so limited and nothing I could use or will remember. I expect a few "reset password" situations.

Caleb, thanks for the review. We encourage everyone to set SMS as their preferred method of validation to replace the questions. If you go to settings => Contact => Mobile you can set that up and the questions won't be your primary way of verifying identity.
