I came to the gym all the way to find that the app is not starting, takes a long time, returns error messages... horrible.

The class that I book has been closed 3 times recently. They send an email to gymlib but the same info is not passed on to me. After getting there, I have to take pictures and claim back my credits, but am more annoyed by the time wasted to go there and the planning it takes

I just downloaded the app and subscribed yesterday and it crashed twice already. Trying to add the mandatory picture but I am stuck on the screen and can't move forward with booking a session. Was a gymlib customer pre-covid and this is kind of ruining it for me. Edited March 2022: works a lot better now, thanks for fixing
