Why all the sessions are cancelled after the subscription ends, even if it's just one day after? we pay for the credits in advance, but they are all wiped if we decide not to but anymore. If we don't use the app for a month (like for holidays) how are we supposed to ever recuperate when we cannot even suspend buying credits without losing everything???

At the beginning using Gymlib was frustrating as the was a lot of bugs, and the client service wasn't always the most useful. So many frustrating moments when I wanted to go to the gym but couldn't cause the app was bugging. But they got better, fixed the bugs. And even if there is a problem, their chat is there to quickly help, now without much fuss (which used to be a problem).

I was able to register as an individual and used the app a few times to buy passes to gyms while traveling. Now it says my account doesn't exist and there is no way I can register again without being part of a company. I would've gladly paid more to keep the flexibility, but there is no option!
