I just reloaded the Long Plus app on my phone and it is asking me to read and click agree on the user and privacy agreements. However, it does not give me the option to click anywhere and when I try to click on one of the support links on the agreements to see if I can see the agree option, I get a login screen where I enter my username and password,but I keep getting an error status code 404. Basically I can't use the cameras because I cannot access the app. frustrating!

I can't even view my own camera. Tried logging in several times & can't get on. Forgot my password & when I'm sent a code, time runs out. I can only view cameras that were shared with me from another location, but not my own. This is so frustrating. After 5 tries of trying to enter code in, I was sent a message to try again tomorrow. 5 times is the limit attempts.

I've had longplus for a few years. When it works it's great, originally the company helped me fix errors I would get but I've paid for yearly subscription cloud packages and only 2 of them (mostly) consistently work. My other cloud packages don't work and it deleted vital footage I needed. Just disappeared. It takes a long time for the camera feed to load. I use to recommend these to everyone, now i feel stupid. I'll update my review if I become happy with the 'service'
