I've had longplus for a few years. When it works it's great, originally the company helped me fix errors I would get but I've paid for yearly subscription cloud packages and only 2 of them (mostly) consistently work. My other cloud packages don't work and it deleted vital footage I needed. Just disappeared. It takes a long time for the camera feed to load. I use to recommend these to everyone, now i feel stupid. I'll update my review if I become happy with the 'service'

I can't even view my own camera. Tried logging in several times & can't get on. Forgot my password & when I'm sent a code, time runs out. I can only view cameras that were shared with me from another location, but not my own. This is so frustrating. After 5 tries of trying to enter code in, I was sent a message to try again tomorrow. 5 times is the limit attempts.

I don't do this that often but had no real issues installing the app or the feeder. A couple of notes: When you install the micro sd card, the camera will pester you to format it. You need to install the app, create and verify an account, have the camera scan the QR code from your phone, link the camera to your network, then you can format the card. Now that it is done, everything seems to be working fine.
