I just reloaded the Long Plus app on my phone and it is asking me to read and click agree on the user and privacy agreements. However, it does not give me the option to click anywhere and when I try to click on one of the support links on the agreements to see if I can see the agree option, I get a login screen where I enter my username and password,but I keep getting an error status code 404. Basically I can't use the cameras because I cannot access the app. frustrating!

I can't even view my own camera. Tried logging in several times & can't get on. Forgot my password & when I'm sent a code, time runs out. I can only view cameras that were shared with me from another location, but not my own. This is so frustrating. After 5 tries of trying to enter code in, I was sent a message to try again tomorrow. 5 times is the limit attempts.

My indoor cameras work fine. I have updated the firmware on all 3 of my outdoor cameras, and now they won't record anything over 10 seconds. Just like others, the system was great. After the firmware updates, it's a terrible system. I'll try to reset them, but I really wish I never updated them. My 2 indoor cameras never prompted me for any updates. We'll end up spending money for a better system that is known to work. Oh, well... I should know better. Buy once, cry once.
