Says its compatible with other cameras, it's not. Also you can't watch footage from farther back than 4 days without paying ungodly amounts of money for their cloud service. They really need to figure out their customer support or they are going to continue to lose their very small customer base until they are out of business. If the product wasn't ready than why release it? I'm actually embarrassed for you as a company at this point. Get it together.

I wanna change the setting ... doesn't let me change it always failed, and I r I tried ao many times and finally changed it and went back to before change . and it says need update ... takes forever. and when you save, the audio is not there. awful.

I purchased an Elder NVR and it's been troublesome setting up. There's no support team and this app seems third-party. The cameras say Onvif compatible but I can't add Elder cameras to other NVRs nor can I add my existing cameras to the Elder NVR. I had the app setup, it gives motion notifications but says 0 cameras and I can't view them. Neither can other users in my household on their devices. The app is unusable at the moment and I don't know who to reach out to for support.
