App suddenly does not record morion detection. Was working then quit. ch 2/3/4 keep resetting themselves to off. Spent a good portion of the afternoon with their tech support. App still not working correctly. This system is buggy and should not have been released until fully tested. Many options are greyed out so you can' t set ie motion sensitivity. All in all not a good experience. Nov. 11 the system records everything. How do i ser itbup to only record on motion.

Overall not too bad. But, there are few buts.. 1.Notifications - when pressed, viewed the motion triger image shot but unable to navigate to the video, button just doesnt work. Makes it harder to find what triggered the motion... 2.Constant errors 425 & 10022. 3.What is the alternative i can use? As i will not get penalised for your error guys.. I have chosen your system as it was described as reliable cctv system. No offence guys but we have to get something done...

Regarding the 425 error, this usually means that no recorded data was found. This could be because you have not configured recording for that time period. You can check and adjust the recording schedule by going to Device Configuration -> Local Storage -> Recording Plan. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

I like the layout and it's fairly easy to use once you work your way around it, however error code 415 keeps appearing and my cameras crash just when I need them. Waiting for a reconnection is slow and I mostly miss what I needed to see, I have to keep pressing the 4 camera option as it only shows 1 when I have 2 so that's an issue. I chose these cameras because of their quality but feel a bit let down by the app and it's current 2.3 star rating. Please fix asap guys. This should be a priority
