1. Recommend an appropriate routine according to the number of pull-ups you can do in one set.
2. Provides a number of pull-up routines from Step 1 to Step 64
3. Provide pull-up counter and break time timer. Perform the pull-up according to the exercise order presented in the app!
4. Once you have completed all your exercises, your routine level will automatically increase.
5. Routines from steps 1 to 64 can be changed at any time on the main screen.
6. You can change the break time from 10 seconds to 300 seconds on the main screen.
7. On the Settings page, you can specify the notification time and day of the week. Exercise regularly!
