About this app

Navigate360 Hall Pass is a tool and tracking system for schools that wish to monitor and manage student movement. This app streamlines the issuance of hall passes by leveraging the scanning capabilities of smartphones and tablets.

Teachers and Administrators can see all the students currently on a hall pass or issue passes by scanning a barcode or QR code assigned to the student. The process is fast and simple. The bar code can be on a nametag, desk sticker, class roster sheet, or a student ID badge.

The backend system supports the concept of student daily limits, building limits, and the blocking of specific students from being on a hall pass at the same time.

No more fumbling around with papers or objects on a keychain that don't provide data on where the student is or how long they have been gone…digitize your hall passes with Navigate360 Hall Pass!

What’s new

Introduced timed hall passes, quiet times for hall passes, and displaying the issuer of the hall pass. Added a new hall pass tab where all users on a hall pass can be monitored. Taking a student on or off a hall pass from the app will now automatically update the web portal as well (and vice-versa). When taking a student off of a hall pass from the groups page, a confirmation message now appears. Added sent/viewed timestamps to family messages.
