The Halo team continues to improve an already wonderful product. The integration with our PSA instance is seamless. There are a few things that I would like to see (time tracking during a site visit, possibly based on geo location; integration with the phone's calls to track client communication), but the app is relatively young so these may come in the future. All in all, it's great to have an app and not have to use the mobile site. Looking forward to using it!

Modern app look and feel. It works well for servicing tickets, we could use a lot more in-app features, like project mgmt, viewing invoices, push notification management, etc, but this is a great start for the new app, looking forward to it continuing to expand its capabilities! PS - I would love for the app to take on our global default colors in HaloPSA, we have a custom green color and the red is a bit jarring, if that could match it would look even better for us.

App is okay but it needs work - main problems I have: Half of the functions just link to the main halo website, which doesn't help when I'm trying to find a job/log time on the fly. App also crashes/hangs fairly regularly when I try opening tickets from notifications. Text boxes to log time/email only show 2 lines which makes it difficult to proofread. The app begins to lag the more I write as well.
