Connection is unstable despite good wifi signal, etc. ➡️ entire group of light bulbs has to be reset whenever any one goes offline (within a day or two of previous reset); until then no control is possible using the app. Or it will recognize a device but then refuse to install it ("timeout error"). Or it will work for all devices in a group except for one which is permanently shown as "offline". Like banging your head against a brick wall, it feels so good when you stop using this app as well!

The latest update significantly dropped down usability. and management. Buttons are too big with useless icons, leaving almost no place for an accessory name. I see for buttons with the same icon, but have no idea which one doing what as I see just first couple of characters from their names. Groups are not accessible now at all, so if I have a group of bulbs, I cannot switch all of them at once as no group button exists anywhere. UI must not be fancy, it must be usable!

After the latest major update device grouping option is no longer available. For someone that uses the app for smart light bulbs, this makes most of the functionality unusable. Moreover, users added to the home were no longer linked and had to be added back. Avoid this app and this producer. There are better alternatives on the market. You purchase their products and one day you wake up to find out that most of the functionality you purchased them for is no longer available.
