The launderers are fine it's the company that's shady... So they charge you monthly or annually for the service but then take off a service fee on every order and then most likely also take off the top from the amount you spend that's supposed to go to the person cleaning the clothes. I would love somebody from the company to rationalize a service fee after you paid for the service up front. Uber doesn't charge an annual fee they add to each order, you do both!!!!
