- App Access Permissions Guide

We provide information on the access permissions used by Hana Bank. Access permissions are divided into essential and optional permissions.
If you do not agree to the essential permissions, use of Hana One Q Enterprise services will be restricted.
You may choose not to agree to the optional permissions, but some features may be restricted. For Android 6.0 and lower, you must agree to all permissions, regardless of whether they are required or optional, during installation to use the app normally.

■Required Access Permissions
- Phone: Required for making calls and verifying your phone's status and ID.
- Storage: Required for access to photos, media, and files. This permission is used to store public certificates and to check for OS tampering to enhance security.
- Address Book: Used to read your address book.

■Optional Access Permissions
- Notifications: Used to receive push notifications and payment information.
- Location Information: Used to find your location in the Find a Branch/ATM feature.
- Camera: Used for contactless ID OCR and video calls.
- Microphone: Used for video calls.

You can change your consent at any time by going to Settings > Applications > Hana Bank.
