Ratings and reviews

All that's keeping me from giving five stars is the lack of a quick way to mute a conversation (eg, have the option "Mute Conversation" when you hit the three dots) so I can do that easily during business meetings or elsewhere when I don't want to be disturbed by an active conversation. It can be done, but it must be searched for, which isn't desirable under the circumstances when I want to mute them.

Works great. Very similar to the Samsung texting app that is being phased out. I can do categories at the top, with all kinds of personalization. I've had no problems texting and receiving. It does have ads, but they are a part of the regular messages, so they disappear quickly enough. Pics don't download as fast, but still works. I'm very happy with it.

I have a couple critiques, but it does the job. Issues are minor enough that I'll keep it. A bit over-engineered for my taste, and the UI could be cleaner. Specifically, on the main page where you view your list of chats, there's lots of little icons, which makes it kind of hard to see when you have an unread message. The app does its job though, and in the two weeks I've been using it, the ads have been unintrusive. I especially like that you can pin important chats to the top of the list.
