Ratings and reviews

As a customer for many decades, I would tell this badly developed app is the main reason I gave up Hang Seng Bank. With all the pop up, adv. and poor layout, less than a quarter of the screen is for real functions. I even demonstrated to the CS that it is not working but there is no improvement afterwards. For many years, the app have to be updated every time before use. Do you understand how much money have been lost for that few minutes? So frustrating…

The app never made banking simpler, it locked changes of setting almost everytime, different interfaces on mobile app and computer browsers, couldn't divert to the correct page for setting or keep loading the page, unable to do verification in seconds and never access to the setting again after days' attempts...it's very frustrating to use

Needs to update every time you open the app. App is supposed to be convenient and easy. After updating, whole bunch of disclaimers appeared and message showed up. Very clunky and slow. Why we need to spend 3-5 min just to see the bank balance.

Brand new "Block or Unblock Card" and "Credit Limit Transfer" functions are now available in "My Cards"
