FPS (Faster Payment System) is a real-time payment platform provided by Hong Kong interbank Clearing Limited.

I logged in to do a quick transfer and was welcomed with a fulll screen ad to get an "upgrade" to prestige? Really? I can either read the terms and condition OR upgrade now, cant get out of this forced ad? Clicked on the terms and still no choice to close the ad, I had either open a new account or upgrade now? And if I go back, I am asked if I want to log off? Seriously stop trying selling me stuff over the banking. If I need you any extra service, I'll go to the branch. 1 star for the phone ATM

The most recent update of this app is ridiculous! It does not allow screen capture, what's the point? What kind of security measure could that be? Do you know customers have to send screencaps as proof of payment all the time? I originally gave this app 3 stars but felt obliged to downgrade it to 1 after the update. It's an outdated, not update.

Absolutely disastrous. After the auto-update on 29 Jan 2024 (was forced to update), the app crashed every time I tapped it. I could not use it at all. Moreover, even if I used PC online banking, a lot of transactions needed the mobile app to function as a security key to proceed. I could not do banking transactions, investment tranactions (sell stocks, funds), etc online. Should I sue for compensation? Many people experienced the same. A banking app rated 2.4 out of 5 and crashed after updates.
