The concept is good. However the app just does not start. I have to use the computer to reply to the messages. So what is the point of having this app? July 2025. Got the new release today. The app still seems to be in beta. A. The inbox does not show messages B. It is not possible to send messages to any contact. The screen comes and disappears in a second. Can't see messages and can't send messages. Best experience is still on the pc

Tried to call thrice on the support number but nobody was there to pick up the call. After that I arranged a call back request for Monday 12 PM but nobody has called till now... chat support guys saying that we are a bit busy... don't buy a subscription from the Interakt....

Needs a lot of improvements , A lot of times open chats section show on the mobile app that there are no open chats , where as there. Moreover in a chat , I have been facing issues that when you hit the send button the text disappears from the keyboard but is not actually sent. You have to rewrite the message to send it again. The app doesn't sync with the web application and I can see very old messages on the app.
