Tried to call thrice on the support number but nobody was there to pick up the call. After that I arranged a call back request for Monday 12 PM but nobody has called till now... chat support guys saying that we are a bit busy... don't buy a subscription from the Interakt....

why does the back button not work inside the app?! it's so disruptive and frustrating to use! long-pressing messages has no function. message editing is a must-have that's missing

App is okay, it keeps logging out so you will miss messages if you don't check every few hours if the app is still logged in. Customer support for technical issues is slow.
