App is okay, it keeps logging out so you will miss messages if you don't check every few hours if the app is still logged in. Customer support for technical issues is slow.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Pathetic tech team, can't even make a simple message App run. Logs out everytime. And recently my shopify order notification are also not getting delivered. Such a bad experience with these guys. Someone should sue them for hurting so many businesses.

I onboarded Interakt by Jio (being my fav) but they have a very poor customer support, the app is good but lot of bugs....I have 3 websites but they do not have the switch stores option smooth functioning....No loud alerts for msgs coming in on mobile or desktop...saving or tagging contacts or WhatsApp msgs is not too simple and quick....spoke to onboarding Manager Ashwak and he says that's the only way....they do not wanna upgrade....have taken a 1 year membership and feel stuck now....HOPELESS
