Just say the type of meat, cut, doneness (if applicable), and the weight in KG or LB. When your device has stopped listening, the results will be displayed.

Such a great app. I love cooking but can never remember roasting times, and this app tells you within seconds. You scroll through, find your meat, then the cut of meat, whether it's bone in or boneless and how you'd like it cooked (for some meats like beef). Meat is always cooked to perfection. The only thing that could make this app better would be to add an additional function for what time you want to serve your meal, so it tells you what time to put the meat in but I'm being pedantic.

Used for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Covers everything as well as the normal what type of meat, how would you like it cooked and the weight, but also what particular part of meat e.g sirloin, rump, topside etc for beef. Then splits the cooking into different parts if appropriate, browning cooking and resting. Then finally gives internal temperature. Could only be improved by allowing you to set alarm.

Have tried various different roast cooking calculators on here but this is the best one so far. Timings were spot on and like the fact that you can choose medium rare, medium well etc rather than just the standard rare, medium, well done. Bonus being able to choose between kg and lbs whilst entering the weight Thanks 👍
