This app is awful. I wouldn't even use it if it wasn't for the fact that their website keeps auto sending me through to the app. I'm also disabled, so can't just go out to get what I need. Currently trying to buy my cats RENAL food, and both the delivery option and click and collect options are greyed out and won't let me interact. At this point I'm considering ordering from somewhere else. It'll probably be more expensive, but this app is too unreliable.

What happened? This app was ok before, now it's so difficult to navigate, as soon as you add something another page pops up, you can't multi add things, there's no clear number of items. I have monthly snack and food supply order for 4 bunnies, I've been on the app 20 minutes not even halfway through and I gave up. You can't return from basket you have to start the whole selection again. I don't know who re-designed it but functionality is completely gone. Unusable at this point.

app is awful lately, can't actually pay for anything as it just keeps saying there's an issue with payment and to try again- for weeks it's been like this now!! can't manage my subscriptions either,I had to cancel and add pet as a "new pet" to actually be able to do anything. honestly if I could purchase the items I need cheaper I'd go somewhere else instead
