Ratings and reviews

This app and the company website may be the most disfunfunctional and broken I've ever used. I will focus on the app. The layout for navigation is not well thought out or intuitive. Very often the pages of functionalities are broken or down for maintaince. Live Chat did not work yesterday and it was left on a continuous loading. Also I could not pay and complete my orders yesterday. Buttons are often recursive. It was unusable. Unacceptable for todays standard.

Unusable. Takes over a minute to open and then shows no search results. Just get blank screens all the time. Update: I can now find the items I want and add them to basket but all payment methods fail. Exactly the same details work on the website and in other apps. It appears that if the payment method requires a pop-up / authentication then the app just fails. Atrocious
