Chewy has been great up until recently; lately it seems nearly every shipment is running late, leaving me at times scrambling to get into town & pick up something when my expected delivery never arrives. Granted it doesn't often take long for it to show up later, it's still extremely inconvenient for how far out of town I am & how many animals I care for. An inconvenience that Chewy originally mitigated very well, so I'm disappointed. I loved this app.

Love Chewy but having a major issue adding to the correct autoship. Calling you isn't gonna help. I found my own work around. I've got to use a different browser other than Chrome, and not the app on my Pixel phone since the app won't let me do what I usually do. It only lets me add to the first autoship listed, not the second or third one. Can't unclick the first one either. already highlighted. Getting frustrated but had to just find another way unless you fix it. I'm not the only one...

I enjoy the app very much and its very nice to use. Customer service replies back quickly, although it does seem like a few phrases are auto-reply. Its a new person replying to your email every time so what one person told you may be different from what someone else tells you so just make sure to check things for yourself as well. But besides that its a good app and makes things convenient.
