Ratings and reviews

The app itself works good for anything I've used it for. I like Hawaiian Airlines a lot and their super convenient. But when purchasing a ticket I wouldn't recommend getting any insurance from Allianz. They make it very difficult to get any refunds. Best just to skip the insurance and save the money. Cancel with Hawaiian Airlines directly and use the credit they give you for your next flight. Not sure why Hawaiian would partner with them.

BROKEN APP! Very buggy. Can't find any of my trips. Update: 7/28/24 - The mobile app is still dysfunctional. Can't find your trip you're checking in for & you need your confirmation number to search for your trip. It would make more sense to see your trips listed, along with all pertinent data, and allow you to select which trip you're checking in for. But due to the poor user interface, you'll need to know your confirmation number BEFORE you try to locate your trip to allow you to check in...

Website won't open. App shuts down when I try to use anything. Been doing this for days. You shouldn't leave your passengers stranded like this. While I am on the subject, janky old plane, inoperative audio, flight attendants disappear 40 minutes into flight, constantly pushing the credit card. You've really gone downhill. NO MORE! Delta from now on.
