till last month this app works perfect on my mobile but now it shows an error and closes after that

An error of 504 occurs when we use a fingerprint to obtain a subsidy payment. It is incomprehensible what to do. They are tired of going round and round, they no longer have the courage. We request all your team that this error has been coming for many months but it does not reach anyone's ears. Please correct this 504 error. 504 - Receiver transaction can't be processed. Thank you

Very Bad 😞😞 My experience was very bad in konnect application you can't take screenshot if you have done bulk payment then you can't download any data while making record and also it doesn't have bill scanner as compared to other banks. This is the thing in the application. Konnect is more business than its application is not facilitated please Konnect staff introduce this feature in it poor agents are very sad 😭😭😭
