My app is not working on android 12 version vivo y21 . this update is very poor . I have been trying open this app since morning but it is not opening yet. I have restarted many times ,I have cleared cache repeatedly but the result is same .

The poor quality app . It does not work properly. Required more time to perform transactions as well as deduct extra money from your balance.

It is being request to you that Please Add Barcode Scanner Option in HBL Konnect agents app. So that we paid a Bill from Mobile app through camera Scanning same like as JAZZ CASH, EASYPAISA App. In both app have Barcode Scanner Option. Please update your app with in few days with Barcode scanner option because we paid Bill through scanner, we have no need to write ✍️ Bill Reference number. We Scan a barcode through camera and bill paid. It is very important option you people not 🚫 included.
