Though its a good app but one major flaw and that is i have to maintain two seperate username and password. One for app and other one for web. Thats not good at all. There must be unified username and password for all. Other thing, if by chance you forgot your transaction password then you are gone. There must be like answer secret questions to reset it instead calling helpline.
Kindly fix it already. It's been hours now that I have installed this app. And it is only showing Verification failed while logging into the account whereas at the same time I am successfully logging into account from my laptop. Issue fixed.
This is really a life easy making application but I wish I could pay my telenor bills. Pl resolve your issues with telenor so that we can pay telenor bills. Also add more educational institute who are making business with HBL. Good luck HBL
I is really good and it is an ease for the customers. You will not have to rush towards the bank again and again for your utility bills or balance imqury or amount transfer. Even that get your bank statment on just a click. Not that much difficult to use as well.
The payments section doesn't respond. I needed to top-up my mobile fone account, and the respective section wasn't available at that time. If the service is not available when required what is the good use of it.
Its new update is to slow act and not a good idea. To its good quality service please add more options like debit cards order and online payment method
