After the latest update the app freezes for a few minutes whenever I tap the Login button and then crashes. This issue has been ongoing for over two weeks. I have called the HBL helpline, sent multiple emails, and visited a branch several times, but every time they just follow the same basic troubleshooting steps and fail to resolve the issue. I am still unable to access my account or make any transactions. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

I have been using HBL for the past 6 years and their services used to be the best compared to all my other bank accounts. For the past few weeks I have been facing 9 out of 10 times rejection when I login to my app. Every time it says "an error, or try again later". In addition, their customer helpline number says "the number you have dialed is busy" They cut yearly charges from my account automatically for services, but their services are getting worse and worse every year.

After the latest app update, my device was de-registered and I can no longer use the app. As an overseas customer, my registered SIM was lost, so I can't receive the OTP to register my device again. I've contacted customer support multiple times but the issue remains unresolved. I'm now unable to make payments or use essential banking services. HBL needs a secure alternative for overseas customers. Update: I've emailed these details to custcare since two weeks now. However, it remains unresolved
