Ratings and reviews

Overall the app and its interface and features are intuitive and user friendly. However, for the last three months or more, the app is not showing the account balance and the transactions. It has been very painful, almost making the account usage ineffective. Everytime I call the Customer Support, they say it will be fixed within a few days but no progress so far :(

very disappointing experience with HBL. My account was charged for multiple transactions, including an unauthorized Apple purchase that I never made. Despite reporting the issue immediately to the helpline and registering a complaint, I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Instead of resolving the fraudulent transactions quickly, I was only advised to permanently block my debit card. The previous version was simple and easy. Anyways, I found two problems in the new version so far. When mobile top up, I tap on the link to view charges, it shows something wrong. It doesn't show the charges page. Secondly, I am unable to erase or modify the wrong entered utility bill. How can I erase/modify the past bills? When tapped, it shows modify, but I can't. PS: If I have to email further, what is the purpose of leaving a review here? Pathetic, automated reply.
