Ratings and reviews

Despite multiple complaints, the problem remains unresolved, and I find myself unable to access my account through the app. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the quality of customer service provided by HBL. The issue I am encountering is that while I receive the OTP email, I am unable to type it into the app as there is no option available for typing. Additionally, when I attempt to use the "Get a Call" option, neither SMS nor call notifications are received on my registered number.

I am disappointed with the HBL Mobile App experience. While transferring funds, transactions sometimes do not complete properly. The amount gets deducted from my account, but the receiver does not receive the payment on time, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Additionally, customer support is very difficult to reach. Calls to the helpline often go unanswered.

Quite possibly the most frustrating issue I am facing right now is that I can't log in for quite sometime. I am trying to log back in on my new phone enter my ID, password after that I receive OTP but I can't enter that otp in the app as the keyboard doesn't show up at that time. Checked everything logged out and removed my account from my previous device before formating. I've uninstall and reinstalled the app but still stuck on this.
