Ratings and reviews

It is now stuck in landscape in only one direction (not the way my kickstand is attached), will not utilize the full screen of my device and constantly crashes/is unresponsive. There is also no picture in picture functionality. The update has rendered the app unusable. Will be cancelling my subscription if there isn't a solution soon. The previous version crashed often and was buggy but at least it was usable!

So trash. I downloaded the Lord of the Rings extended edition for my 6 hour flight, but wasn't able to play it after going to airplane mode. The app has issues when using Chromecast. It takes a hot minute to load, can't skip ads, can't turn on captions, and sometimes goes to Spanish. This app is made by the devil himself, and that's coming from me, an Atheist.

Great content we can't access. To the HBO customer service person that responded to my review: No it is not a settings issue- I looked at that already. And it doesn't consistently load with WiFi either. I get a "oops something went wrong pop-up". Look at all of the other recent one stars reviews about the app not functioning... Apparently you all have something to fix here. Thank you.
