The app registration (register now,digital onboarding) clearly mentions Jordanian residents and non residents! Why do I have to have Jordanian mobile No. to be able to register it if I am non-resident? could you make it more flexible and allow us to register by adding more options.

The app is good, but there's a problem for people outside Jordan: they can't use the international phone line for receiving OTPs, even though the service is available at other banks.

The stupidity of the system is insane. You have to add an otp option, and it takes a whole day. To get the debit card itself, you have to wait two days. The Customer service is good the people I mean, but the system is soo stupid. Throughout all the countries I've been too this is by far the worst bank I've experienced. You have to put in a million numbers so you can talk to the customer service, and it's very confusing. Then you will wait and they might not answer you. The OTP didn't work END.
