Longtime user:It's always been easy to find what I'm looking for. Now, I have to use filters and scroll through a ton of listings. The biggest letdown is the switch to OneKey. I used to earn a free night a few times a year, which was awesome. Now, you barely earn any cash on bookings. Who cares if you can spend across platforms when you can't earn enough to make a difference in price? This used to be a better deal than military discounts got us. We will be booking directly with hotels now.

Recently spent $4k on hotels (in 1 week) and was shocked to see how much the reward program is now watered down! Members used to get 10% rewards cash, this is now quartered with the intro of the new program. To top it off, the vehicle rental purchased through Hotels didn't count and support chat couldn't even find the booking to check if there was an error. This used to be my go-to for bookings, now I will be booking direct with hotels or doing research to find a new program. It's been great.

The updated app since the whole OneKey stuff has been complete trash. It constantly brings me back to the home screen, loses searches, and logs me out, and that's only on the very rare times it even lets me log in properly. And all this is to say nothing of just how bad the new OneKey system is especially as compared to the old one. I plan to use down whatever remaining credits I have and stop bothering
