PRISM (Property Risk Inspection and Safety Management Tool) is a smart mobile app designed for quick and efficient virtual property surveys. Ideal for assets with a sum insured between ₹5–50 Cr, it supports both on-site and remote inspections across various property types. PRISM captures detailed risk data to enable faster, more accurate risk assessment.

Workflow Overview:
Once access is granted, users can generate a Case ID within PRISM. If the user is conducting the site visit, they can self-assign the case and proceed with the On-site PRISM mode. If not, the case can be allocated to a Risk Engineer mapped to the respective region, who will then conduct the survey using the Off-site PRISM mode.

For light or ordinary hazard occupancies, once the inspection is submitted, the system automatically generates and shares the underwriting and market reports with the respective underwriter and sales personnel.

For high-hazard occupancies, the information flow is routed to a Risk Engineer for an overview and assessment. After the overview completed, the final report is made available to the underwriter and sales.
