Worst user experience. Why do you require OTP for every single option when biometric login ID enabled. Every time we need to give OTP to login, OTP to check renewal, OTP to do this, OTP to do that. If such is a security concern, dear HDFC ERGO, please switch back to AMS and PIE. That was easy and easy better.

Needs a lot of improvement HDFC ERGO is such a big company and managing such a huge load of policies, but the app functionality is extremely sad. *It keeps giving a error message * to enter the age - it should give a calendar option, so that the age and date of birth is accurately recorded. * Aqua on WhatsApp and 1Up are giving 2 different rate quotes, after saving the quote. * in order to process, there should be an edit option to make changes in the details and process the final proposal.

I can't even login to this app while I try to login I enter correct OTP but is shows the error incorrect OTP and I I already escalate this issue to the support team after some time they contact me and they said the issue has been cleared now you can try to login but the same occurred again.
