payment failed in the app. and form is stuck from August 27. Is there anyone can help on this ?

Bravo!!! Extremely Poor Advisor App. In the Name of Data Security. Screenshots are Restricted on Mobile App. Also Dashboard is a Waste as none of the options are effective and one needs to go to View All Option for all Policy Servicing. I know Neither HDFC Ergo nor the App Developers are going to accept this as it is HDFC EGO Problem. In the Name of App Development HDFC Ergo is Wasting Development Cost & Advisors Time & Money. Multiple Feedbacks have been given but all in vain.
