Worst user experience. Why do you require OTP for every single option when biometric login ID enabled. Every time we need to give OTP to login, OTP to check renewal, OTP to do this, OTP to do that. If such is a security concern, dear HDFC ERGO, please switch back to AMS and PIE. That was easy and easy better.

Worst App ...Mobile App is to make things easier for all ... Otp and unnecessary authentication form customers for non financial transaction is very irritating and unnecessary...waste of time...Only useful in checking renewals...

Yes, worst app and not at all user friendly. Whenever we try to login it shows USER not activated. Also we have put the OTPs for all the features and not only for Financial transactions. Worst user.
