Ratings and reviews

it's not launching from past few days saying security violation, untrusted keyboard detected. This is an incorrect detection. All other banking apps are working fine There is no 3rd party keyboards installed on our phone. we have default keyboards, For your information all other apps are working fine including hdfc net banking app. This is a bug on your side, please fix it Tried installing many times, it's unusable now.. have uninstalled the app as it keeps on crashing

Since yesterday, the app has been crashing and not opening on my device. After checking other user reviews, I found out that the issue is related to keyboard settings and can be fixed by changing them. I suggest that the app should automatically detect this issue and display a message on the screen, guiding users to the correct settings. This would help avoid confusion and panic. Once this update is implemented, please let me know—I’ll be happy to update my rating.

after latest update, not even able to open app. app is crashing and getting below error "Security Violation Detected! Policy violation: Untrusted keyboard found." I have not added any custom keyboard. I am using normal google keyboard. @dev team,please help in fixing this issue. FYI: i dont have any 3rd party keyboard still getting this error. please test your app completly and then release it.
