About this app

Heat exhaustion? Muscle cramps? Weakness? Electrolyte imbalance? Water logging does not cut it anymore, track your hydration in real-time with hDrop! Unlock your fitness knowing when and what to drink.

When talking about the extra seconds to qualify, hydration is the key. hDrop, your solution.

hDrop is the new wearable device able to track hydration status in real-time.

Keep track of your body temperature and collect the data to analyze it later. Did you know that when you are getting close to a heat stroke your body temperature spikes up?

Your muscles need the proper amount of electrolytes to function at their best. Keep track of your electrolyte loss to prevent cramps, heat exhaustion and fatigue.

A loss of sweat equal to 2% of body weight causes a noticeable decrease of physical and mental performance. Losses of 5% or more may decrease the capacity for work by roughly 30%.

I've completed almost 10 workouts using the device, and it has significantly improved my hydration consistency during and post-exercise. The interface is quite user-friendly. I value the innovation behind this device, which removes the necessity for single-use disposable sensors and the process of sending sweat samples to a laboratory. I hope they work on Wahoo integration.

App and device seems nice on first impression. App is limited while still in development but it is working well for me. No problems getting connected and using the device. I'm excited to see what future updates bring.

I had issues setting it up but I think my account was corrupted from the date format and I eventually got it set up. The process wasn't exactly smooth but I need to go for a walk to make sure it's setup correctly
