Love this app. The first thing I see upon logging in is my in-network deductible which is valuable to me. Under that the claims are displayed which include not only medical, but pharmacy as well. The ID Card feature is very nice. The image is so incredibly clear and I love that I can opt to email it from the app. The coverage section displays all three of the benefits that I have: Medical, Dental and Vision. The provider search is very easy to use. Overall I'm very impressed with this.

Can't even login (but credentials work just fine on the website)

Keeps saying that it doesn't recognize my user name, but the website has no issue with it.
