The app gives a one stop solution to all kind of medical tests. one thing that disappoints me is whenever I look for a test, their customer service starts calling endlessly, that too during office time. and once I asked one person not to call me during that time she specifically asked me to uninstall the app if I wish not to receive any call from them. I have been using healthians for me and my family since last 3 years, so this came as a big Disappointment.

very bad after service. not at all able to connect with customer care. before booking, was getting a call in every 10 min. but after booking, no one is picking up the call. no one is coming to collect sample on time, whom to complain ? no one is there to listen. worst experience.

This is the worst app. The phlebotomist arrives late. Samples get contaminated. And to get a refund, you have to go through hell… they even send fake refund screenshots. Customer care 🙈🙉🙊 (completely useless). Only one thing they’re good at — once you open the app and log in, they start calling you non-stop like a clingy fiancée. Worst!!💩
