I have the same problem as below, where the guided meditations will not play. It says it's playing but there's no sound. I tried checking app permissions, and reinstalling. Besides that, I'm happy it works with my 7-year-old inner balance ear clip, and it's so lovely to see the dots on the map of other people currently generating coherence with me around the globe!

Anyone can use the app and still benefit from it - whether they own a sensor or not (which I don't). I've been aware of HeartMath's work for a while and I, personally, have benefited from partaking in their meditations and practising the heart-brain coherence technique. I also like the idea of connecting with others to help uplift and heal the earth and its inhabitants - especially seeing all the dots connecting from all over the world. Thank you, HeartMath, for the work you do! 🩵

I was excited to use this app with a heart math sensor. so I bought the sensor. when i got to join any group the sensor button doesn't work, no response at all. when I go to click the tutorials, all players are broken. i was also not able to use the other heart math institute app cant get past screen with no scroll function to sign in. i am really disappointed in this company's digital quality at this point. the only app i can use is the old one, but i bought the sensor with a suspension for the
