I downloaded the app and initially liked what I saw but suddenly it is not working and saying there is no data no matter what I try and change my search to and have even shut off my VPN. Sadly it just is not working for me anymore which is a shame as I thought it was a good app.

I would rate it higher if the pictures actually loaded. I've only had it downloaded 5 minutes and I'm annoyed with the fact that many of the pictures are not loading. That's definitely an important feature to have working when it comes to people house hunting. I notice I'm not the only one that's mentioned the issue, as well. But, it seems it is impossible to find a list of local foreclosures online (for free), so this is the only option I have found thus far. PLEASE fix this issue.

Poor info, this is nothing different than any of the other real estate lookup apps, the difference is this app is littered with ad after ad, no filters, county search is to broad. In order to compete it needs a ton of real world adjustments. I personally would rather pay a few $$ for an app that does what it advertises vs one that is a POS that's overloaded with ads.
