The app for me is smooth. Ordering for me seems easy. I just don't like that I can't place a mobile order past 5:40pm. Since I couldn't place an order (because I was getting out of work at 7:30pm), I tried calling for take out. I was then was told that they aren't doing orders over the phone because of how busy they are. They told me to use the app instead...😐. I just hope this can be fixed soon.

Tried to order as guest here in Lubbock, keep getting redirected to create account. Tried creating account, with 2 separate email addresses - neither of which have been used because this is the first time we've ever tried installing / using the app. After entering password & name, when get to the optional phone number screen - whether or not we enter a ph num - then hitting submit, message pops up... the email already exists... Huh?? First timers here. Never used this app ! Gave up afterwards

App doesn't work to place any kind of order, can't take order over the phone. Can't place a flipping order without going in and waiting 40+ min
