How can this be as highly rated as it seems - look at all the negative ratings... Anyway, as others note, returning bikes is horrible. The app showed parking spots that didn't have QR codes. Customer support (ongoing) is slow, limited hours, and seems like they just deny... Such a shame, the bikes were fine and a great way to get around. Just failed in the app side, pretty quickly.

This is one of the worst I've ever tried. even gave it a good chance, scooters glitch out and won't let you turn them off and keeps charging you, passes only available sometimes and forces you to pay full price to use it instead. company is unbelievably slow in fixing any issues would highly recommend you don't install it waste of time and money....

Experienced so many problems that were easily solvable, but the customer service is just absolutely useless. Gps was inaccurate way too many times, kept flagging and blaming me for "improper parking" Appealed for it, followed all their instructions and still reject my appeal, this experience is so much worse than anywheel. Green bikes are just so much smoother to use, their GPS has no problem at all locating where me and the bike is. Fix the app.
