My account was suspended for “indiscriminate parking” even though I’ve always followed the rules and parked at designated areas only. Reached out to their customer service but they haven’t helped much. Only recommended me to reach out to LTA to check (which I did) and provided generic responses saying no further assistance can be provided. I feel penalized with no clarity or recourse. Really frustrated and disappointed. (p/s: Their bicycle was is good condition though.)

I had a frustrating experience with HelloRide. I topped up $5 to unlock a bicycle, but the app kept showing an error and redirecting me to payment. Even after buying a pass, I still couldn’t scan. I contacted support, submitted proof, and filled a form on 21 March, with a promise of resolution in 3–5 days. After waiting, I followed up and only to be asked to fill the same form again. This shows poor coordination and wastes customers’ time. A simple refund became a long, repetitive process.

zero stars if i could, the customer service is horrible. i had locked my bike and proceeded to go home but after i had reached, i realised thaf despite after locking the bike, the timer was still ongoing and had not turned off, causing the charge to increase. and by that time it was already late and customer support was not available. the next day, customer support replied and said the chat was too old and had to be deleted?!? and the appeal is ridiculous, asking for pictures of the bike and qr
