Atrocious appeal system that is not customer-centric. They charge you first then "investigate" your appeal later. I've used this app for over two years for commute to work and with three different phones and every phone has an issue with GPS error when I try to park my bike. The appeal system (for everything and anything) always charges you an inconvenience fee of $5 first before they investigate. I find this really distasteful as a customer. Will unsub and no longer use their services.

The main point of using this app are the rewards for checking in. They are just so darn good! Giving a total of 11 days for free for checking in 30 days straight. Not even anywheel could compete against this! I could find a bike in under 3 minutes so I can say deployment is good. However the gps is quite awful, sometimes asking me to pay the relocation fee, I'd move the bike somewhere else. Also, I need to click unlock multiple times in the app to get it to register, which is quite frustrating.

Simply does not work Typical Chinese app - links that lead to nowhere and endless loading screens followed by error messages. The app itself nearly always launches as just a map with no buttons at all, so you can't actually use it unless you force close it and are lucky that it loads fully when relaunched.
