at the station, scanned QR code then they tell me I'm at the wrong location, forced me to pay a relocation fee without any option for contacting customer service to show proof.. horrible experience, even tried closing and reopening the app, off and on gps, none works.. only thing that pops up is the one that's asking me to pay a relocation fee

First-month pass is cheaper than Anywheel's, but after that it's $3/month more. Bike availability also depends on your area, and Anywheel has more bikes in some neighbourhoods. Some older bikes have worn tires, worn brake pads, and noisy chains. New users should note the pass doesn't cover non-standard bikes. I assumed it did, unlocked one, and was charged with no waiver. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend HelloRide and will switch to Anywheel when my pass expires.

Randomly getting charged $5 with a bogus problem stating that the bike wasn't parked at the location and getting GPS issues. Despite being at the parking area and trying multiple times to scan the parking QR code, it didn't help at all. Going to switch over to Anywheel after the subscription ends.
