Since last week, my card for international payments has been useless. Now, I can't even access my Flex account balance. It is incredibly frustrating to have your money held and not be able to use the service as advertised. I need a response from support and a fix for this ASAP. This is not the reliable service it used to be.

They aren't consistent with the payshap options at all, they keep removing it without letting us know. I don't get notified for any transaction that is done on my account unless I open the app.

My phone was robbed went to the branch for assistance but was told to look for a phone to be assisted, mind you there were 3 agents in there and I was the only customer all they could have done one could have called the head office so that I could block my account but no I was told to look for a phone. it took me 4 days to get access to my account but it was way too late my account was cleared. Now some of my money was taken through EFT bank is doing nothing about it.
