worse customer service ever. I have been waiting for over an hour for assistance. it tells you that you are number 45 in line, then as soon as you are number 2 or 3 it waits at 0 minutes for almost 30 more minutes. the agents are also not too useful. the application itself is so slow constantly wanting to be reloaded when chatting with an agent. not to mention, they said the card supports international payment e.g amazon payments.....my aws account straight out rejects it, when I called they...

hello,the app is fine,just the fees are too high for sending money home,if you guys can lower your rates ,and when trying to reach customer service, it's a struggle which I never got hold of them,there is option of send a please call from the app,which I have been waiting for their call forever...really guys try to improve your system worse customer service ever seen,the card doesn't support online payment as well,the card says it's visa but when you cross border it doesn't work

I'm loss of words! it has taken me 3days and still counting just to reset my pin and get my account unblocked. I have called several times till I ran out of airtime and being asked the same questions and providing adequate documents but to no avail. They don't even bother to call you back !! So frustrating
