Carter BloodCare is an independent, community blood center providing transfusion resources to more than 200 medical facilities in 50-plus counties of North, Central and East Texas. The nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization is one of the largest blood programs in Texas, delivering more than 440,000 blood products annually to meet hospitals’ requirements for their patients. Services include collection, processing, specialized laboratory testing, storage and distribution of blood and blood products.

Ratings and reviews

Once the Login info was corrected by them, I have had zero issues with the App. I was having the issue of waiting for them to send a code, which never came. I finally called and we went thru about 5 of their temporary passwords. It finally worked on their 5th password and I got in and changed it to my own password. It took 1 call and now it has worked flawlessly.

Terrible app. I tried logging in with the donor number... no luck. Tried using saved login...no luck. I would think if you would want to keep donors, someone would fix the app and make it simple to use.

App does not work. Can't do quickscreen. This has been broken since last December. Please either fix this or allow us to use the website for quickscreen.
