Sit in a lecture given in a language you are still learning, and walk out with notes you can read in your own.

BabelMe listens to the room, turns speech into clean structured notes, and translates them into your language — on your phone, and on a laptop screen while your phone keeps recording.

TRANSCRIBE — Capture a lecture, class, or meeting as clean, structured notes, then play back the recorded audio to check what was actually said. Your transcription stays when you switch modes, until you clear it, and capture recovers on its own if a call or your keyboard's dictation key interrupts the microphone. Choose a document type and let AI formatting shape it (paid plans):
- Lecture: organized notes from a class or talk.
- Meeting: decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Recipe: a spoken cooking walkthrough becomes a clean recipe card with ingredients and steps.
- Medical Appointment: a structured DRAFT of visit notes for the clinician to verify, with a consent step before recording. Not a medical record and not medical advice.
- General: clean notes from any dictation.

Accessibility is part of the design: BabelMe starts with text when needed and uses audio when it helps, with large high-contrast type and everything readable aloud. Optional voice features personalize playback, while Standard device voices keep a free local fallback available where the phone supports it.
